Hot, unbothered, and still figuring it out.

Here's something twenty years around accomplished women taught me: the ones who look the most put-together are almost never the most sorted out. They're just the best at the performance. Full calendar, clean reputation, the right answer in every meeting — and, often, absolutely no one asking if they're okay.
"Hot and unbothered" is a joke on a hat. It's also, if you sit with it, a small act of rebellion.
Because unbothered doesn't mean nothing gets to you. It means you've stopped performing the version of yourself that has it all handled. It means you can say "I don't actually know who I am in this next chapter" out loud, at brunch, without lowering your voice — and have three women say same before you've finished the sentence.
That's the part the professional world doesn't have language for. You're allowed to be competent and lost at once. Grounded and unraveling. Grateful for the life you built and quietly certain you're not done becoming. Both true. Always both.
The watercolor on the front of the hat is genuinely pretty. The line on the back is genuinely ridiculous. That's not a contradiction — that's the entire point. You get to be both. You always did.
We're just the ones who stopped pretending otherwise.
